Mental Toughness Quiz Results:

There’s room for improvement.

There are many reasons you have received this result. Maybe you’re not competitive. Maybe you’re unmotivated, burnt out, or you just need more belief in yourself. Your score reflects a low amount of mental toughness, however, the opposite of mental toughness is not weakness—it’s reactivity.

You may be more reactive than most when it comes to pressure situations or stress. Dealing with adversity is something we do every day on the mats when we roll and is a valuable skill. The good news, is that mental toughness is a skill that can be developed by deliberately trying hard things. You can also improve by learning positive self-talk, setting realistic goals, counting small wins, increasing your emotional intelligence, and more.
